Backup Monday.com Board

Is there a way to use Pabbly Connect to back up a specific board in Monday.com to Excel or Google Sheets at regular intervals?
I need a complete backup of a board. Every single cell should be saved in Excel and, ideally, the backup should overwrite itself automatically.

I know that there are specific apps, but don't want to spent money on a subscription plan, when I have Pabbly Connect. :)
Thank you very very much!

Hello @huschdeguzzele,

From your monday.com dashboard, you can first import an entire board into a Google Sheet so that you have the complete structure in place. Once that is done, you can set up a workflow in Pabbly Connect where the trigger is configured as New Update in Board. Based on the response received from this trigger, you can then add a Lookup step for Google Sheets to find the corresponding row by matching the item ID (this ID generally remains the same for every update). After locating the row index through the lookup, you can use the Update Row action to overwrite the existing data with the latest values.

This setup should help you maintain an up-to-date backup of your board in Google Sheets. I hope this helps you achieve your use case. Please let us know if you encounter any issues while implementing it.
