Basecamp Create Card Action Missing Field for Assignees

Hello, according to the basecamp API docs (https://github.com/basecamp/bc3-api/blob/master/sections/card_table_cards.md#create-a-card) i should be able to assign a card to an assignee's ID. I can list ids of users but i cannot assign them to the card.

@ArshilAhmad my apologies this is not possible with the create card endpoint but is possible with the update card endpoint you can ignore my original request, thank you for your support
