Is it possible to add more custom fields for platformy integration. As of the moment, we are only limited to 3 custom fields, and it would be better to add more

Yes, it is possible to pass multiple Custom Fields Aliases and values in Key-Value Pairs. E.g."cf_customfield_1" : "20/02/1993", "cf_customfield_2" : "Manager". You can get the Custom Field Aliases from your Platform.ly account under CRM option. Check this screenshot.
