I have noticed that the Pabbly team tend to reply to posts in this forum either late at night (Eastern Standard Time) or very early in the morning.
This means that it takes a while to resolve issues when there is a lot of back-and-forth required.
I try to get up as early in the morning to try and shorten this back-and-forth cycle (e.g. posting this morning at 5.10am EST) but was wondering if there's anything else that we can do as users to help make the cycle shorter - I have tried to provide as much information as possible (video recording, screenshots, links to API documentation, etc.) in my requests but is there anything else we can do?

We're online between 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST (Except Sunday) but yes it took us a while to respond considering we need to troubleshoot the use case at your end itself. All we need to from our customers is that they provide us the use case they are looking forward to automating, workflow name, and a short video or screenshot. That should be enough to help us out.
