Best Workflow for Importing CSV to Google Sheet

I'd like to run a workflow on a schedule (for example every day at midnight) to get a CSV file from a URL and replace all the contents of a specific Google Sheet with the contents of the CSV file. What is the best way to set this up in Pabbly Connect?

You can't process CSV files in pabbly connect, but you can upload them to drive and then can try processing them afterward with the help of the "Google Sheets: Get Rows" action step to process them further.
