Big Commerce errors when connecting to Deskera

Good Afternoon Pabbly Family,

Im having some issues in linking my BigCommerce account to Deskera to create invoices. Here are the errors Im receiving:

1) Failed due to exception while processing the request. Error Message: JSON parse error: Unrecognized character escape (CTRL-CHAR, code 10); nested exception is com.fasterxml.jackson.core.JsonParseException: Unrecognized character escape (CTRL-CHAR, code 10)

2)JSON parse error: Unrecognized character escape (CTRL-CHAR, code 10); nested exception is com.fasterxml.jackson.core.JsonParseException: Unrecognized character escape (CTRL-CHAR, code 10



Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have made the adjustments and added the codes using the tips but still receiving the same error, is there a way i can pinpoint where the issue is?
