Bigin CRM Birthday Field

I am trying to add a new contact to Bigin CRM whenever a payment is made from Razorpay. All the fields are getting updated except the birthday ( Date of birth) field. I tried changing to all the date formats, but still getting an error message.

Attached is the screen shot of error message.

Can anyone help ?

Thanks for your reply. I found a similar thread with the same query, and after following the instructions, I solved the issue. WE have to change the format to yyyy-mm-dd
