Good morning, I need to prepare an automation to send two WhatsApp messages taking into account the birthday of my customers.

The first WhatsApp message must be sent 10 days before the birthday. In the message we will send a favorable purchase proposal.

We will send the second message on the birthday. In the message we will send birthday greetings.

Are there any possibilities to obtain this?

Hi, thanks for replying.
It would be great to store all the data in a crm. I could work with google sheets initially though.

If I figure out how to do it with Google Sheets I could definitely try with other software too.

Let me know what other information you need.

P.S. I am looking for a CRM Saas for agencies simple to compile, with a graphical interface similar to Swipe One. Unfortunately Swipe One does not allow you to manage the CRM with sub-accounts. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it.
