Bug. Mapping Issues in Pabbly, returning wrong modules

Mapped data in Pabbly is not returing the correct mapped module number. This issue is consistent across multiple Browsers and fields in this example:

Our technical team has informed me that this issue occurs when there are a large number of steps in a workflow (20-30 steps) and the user clicks on the 'Save' button to save the step. In such cases, please click on the 'Save & Send Test Request' button instead, as it will help display the correct mapped step. We have made the necessary change on your behalf, and it seems to have fixed your issue.
