calendly user id

I want to retrieve the user who has booked a meeting in my calendly based on a new contact (email address) in my CRM.
The issue I am having is that I can't seem to retrieve the calendly user ID based on email address.
1. How can I do this?
2. And what is the definition of 'Calendly User ID'?
