Hey everyone,

I have a question: Can I create automation based on a search query?
Let me explain - When someone leaves a message on our Google Ads campaign, we receive the search query in this format:

So, we want to send an email with a tutorial on Telegram to the person if the text mentions Telegram, or any other query they searched for.

Is it possible?

I am not sure which trigger event you are planning to use to capture this query.

But once you have captured the query, you can add a filter to your workflow and set the conditions such that the next step of your workflow is executed only if the query contains a certain keyword.

Sending a direct message on Telegram to a specific individual is not person; you can only send messages to a group or channel.

I am afraid there is no trigger event for this particular use case of yours.
