The “Service is unavailable” error usually occurs when using Shopify (Legacy). We suggest switching to Shopify V2 and testing the action again.

If the issue still persists, please share your workflow URL so we can check it in detail and assist you further.

We have reviewed your workflow "Untitled Workflow" and found that the issue is occurring due to invalid input values being passed in the Shopify: Create Order action.

Specifically, the Product ID and Variant ID you’re using are not in the correct format. Shopify requires them in global ID format (e.g. gid://shopify/Product/<product_id> and gid://shopify/ProductVariant/<variant_id>).

Please update these fields in your workflow accordingly and try again. Once corrected, the workflow should execute successfully.

We checked the workflow "new test" and noticed that you’re still using the Shopify (Legacy) version of the app.

As mentioned earlier, please switch to the latest Shopify V2 version instead — it’s more stable and supports the updated API structure. This should resolve the “Service is unavailable” error you’re seeing.

Kindly update the workflow with the V2 app and test again. Once done, let us know so we can verify it for you.
 
sir i have used both . but legacy shopify give me option to put things in propley rather than other v2 option . there are two flow i have created that is with v2 and anther with legacy . in v2 as its not working as well as not giving me disered option to put my data so i can get it on another store.

The Shopify (legacy) app is based on the older version of the Shopify API. The Shopify V2 is based on the latest version and the updated one. Could you please let us know which specific field you require in the Shopify V2: Create Order action, so we can accordingly check if adding those fields is feasible or not?
