Can I process a connect action based on time?

I'm trying to figure out how to make it so some connect process don't process based of time of day. For example, i want a process to call people out during the day time not at night time. Next, can i queue up the night time processes, so they run in the morning ?

No time duration. I would want the calls not to be processed from 8pm until 8am
Please check out the following action step, to filter out the time limitation on your call schedule. KIndly place these action steps accordingly.
