Can I update proposal status from draft to pending and get it's link url on Plutio?

Hi,
I need Create proposal from template on Plutio, then change status from draft to pending, then get it's link url to send from Gmail, can I do that?
And Also need create Company with person, but only have create company without person or create person without Company, can you add it?

It seems like while creating a proposal, Plutio doesn't give any link URL to send it further. Although to create a Company with a person, so for this you need to first create a person then you need to map the ID of the person who is created to the "Create a Company".
