Can not fetch Mobile & Last Name fiend from Convertkit

I use Convertkit as Trigger but the Last name and Mobile No are not fetched every time.
SOmetime both field was fetched, sometime not.

How to solve the problem?

Perhaps your users might not be filling in the Last Name and Mobile Number. You might consider cross-checking the form submissions once and see if the users are entering all details or not.

No Sir, They provide Last name and Mobile no.
I check the data from Convertkit.

Another mail get from Convertkit,
"Your webhook is failing"

Your webhook has failed 10 times.
If it continues to fail we will disable it.

How to deal with this ?

Hey @Sanjoy

Since the Convertkit trigger event is a post webhook type trigger event where Pabbly can only capture the data from ConvertKit API.

We do not manipulate any incoming data from any applications' server end.

Though as a solution you can add the "ConvertKit: Find a Subscriber" action step after the trigger event.
