Can WhatsApp be activated later on the number used in WhatsApp API? Whenever I try to login WhatsApp on my WhatsApp API number it shows "WhatsApp is temporarily unavailable please try again in 1 hour" error.

My other problem is can PEBBLY download a report of the message I am sending and how to know if there is any reply to the message we are sending?
