Upon reviewing your workflow and conducting several tests, we have concluded that the organizational goals should be added using the suggested values indicated in the error message shown in the attached screenshot. This will help avoid issues related to goal configuration.

However, when we attempted to enter the goals using these suggested values, we encountered errors stating that the campaign has been archived. Based on this, we recommend reviewing your campaign configurations, as the issue seems to stem from campaign permissions or settings.

At this point, we kindly request you to review the campaign settings in your account, specifically checking if the campaign is archived or inactive.
Please ensure the campaign you are trying to add goals to is active and properly configured.

Once the campaign is active, you can proceed with adding the organizational goals using the suggested values provided in the error message.
