Cannot connect Shopify to XPeriencify

When a person purchases a training or a workshop from our Shopify store, they should also get access to the training itself on XPeriencify. When we test the workflow, it doesn't capture the response and sometimes it shows that the condition value is false. Any help, please? Thank you!
