Cannot send messages to contacts in google sheet

i am using the test number given by meta as of now and i coonect google sheets followed by iterator and sent an whatsapp api request but its showing the following error

Please check the phone number once to see whether it is in the desired format as mentioned in the help text. Along with that make a new connection and then try again.
