Can't Access PEM

Hi,

I opened a PEM account and have literally just started building some templates and experimenting with the features this week. Now I am locked out and being forced to start paying! I have barely scratched the surface and am not ready to start sending out emails, so now I can't even finish setting up my templates, user list or even test my planned campaign.

Forcing new users to start paying at this stage is short-sighted. Why would I start paying now when I won't begin my campaign for at least another week? Surely I should be locked out if I attempt to bulk email contacts, not while sending one test email (to myself).

This strategy doesn't make any sense.
