Can't connect 3rd party data on Google Sheets to Whatsapp API

I am adding data to a google sheet. Although this data is added by another pabbly workflow (3rd Party). This is not added manually
I have then added a connection to Whatsapp API.
The extension setting on the (pabbly connect webhook) on google sheet is set to "Send On Event"

The problem is that if l add the data manually the data is pulled through from the trigger in the workflow.
But if its added by the 3rd party pabbly workflow it does not trigger through?
Please advise.

While setting up the Google Sheets, if you are getting the data from the Google Application or you are feeding the data manually then you can only use "Send On Event" and if the data is coming from a third-party application then you might need to select "Auto Send On Schedule" and "Send on Schedule" which will take exactly 1 hr to forward it.

Also, check whether the data was getting filled till your triggering column or not.
