Can't connect Pabbly mail to Amazon AWS

Hey guys,
I've followed all instructions to connect Pabbly mail to Amazon AWS.
I've used Pabbly's templatte, but every time I create a stack, it ends with the status "ROLLBACK_COMPLETE" which means the stack has not been created correctly.
Any ideas!?
