Can't Delete Unused Integrations

I am trying to keep my integration connections clean and I am unable to remove a connection that I no longer need. It is not connected to any workflow, but when I try to delete it, it says it is connected in a workflow. How do I delete these unused connections. See video showing the issue.

We have removed the first 2 connections from your account, please check it once.

Why couldn't I do it. I wasn't messaging you to do it, I was showing you an issue and expecting a resolution of the problem, not for you to do it. What happens the next time I need to remove other integrations?

The team has been unable to replicate the issue, but should it continue to persist, we will further investigate.
