Can't Enroll users to WordPress after paying using Stripe payment link

I'm currently working on a work flow: Payment from Stripe - Create user in WordPress - Enroll user in a specific Course
But I'm stuck in 2nd action since I can't seem to create user in WordPress. See the error message below:

Hello @amritasinha,

Could you please confirm whether the connected WordPress account has Administrator access? Only admin-level accounts are permitted to create new users via the WordPress API, so this is required for the action to work correctly.
