Can't find 1. Attachments Data 0 Media Type : Photo

This is SOMETHEA I am trying to connect my Facebook page to a telegram channel (photo post), I have followed the instruction on YouTube but I can't find the "Attachments Data 0 Media Type: Photo" AND
"1. Message: Easily connect multiple applications to automate your tasks"
Hence, Could you advise me?
