Caption for telegram send an album(media group)

There is no option to automate caption information which can be sent to telegram using action event field send an album (media group)
this is help full when 2 or more photos along the form information is needed to be sent to a telegram group

Hey @chetan

For a particular Image, you can pass only the respective caption, you cannot use the single caption to your all multiple images.

You have to pass the individual caption to your respective image.
