Capture data from SMS?

I'm setting up my first Pabbly integration and I've seen a lot of tutorials (and know how to set up) sending a message via Twilio, but I'm wondering how to capture a reply? Basically, I want to text a client every morning with a daily prompt/question, then grab their response into Airtable or Google Sheets, and in the evening text them following up on their response. What's the easiest way to do this?
