In India according to the recent RBI rule any card payment without OTP is not allowed.
That is why, whenever I go to make payment to Pabbly my credit card (visa) is always declined. However, somehow, till date my debit card (mastercard) is not declined and payment has been going through. My apprehension is that my mastercard too can stop working anytime. In that case it would be a real disaster for people like me, who are heavily dependent on Pabbly.
In order to address this (RBI) issue many apps that accept foreign currency payments from India have started providing additional payment options like Google Pay and Paypal. For example, 360 dialog has recently started providing Google Pay options.
I strongly request Pabbly to kindly introduce similar alternative payment options at the earliest. Otherwise customer may start looking for alternatives to avoid potential disaster.
