Catching Webhook to then search contact in Zoho CRM not working

Hi,

I am catching a Webhook and then taking the email address out of the Webhook data then doing a Zoho CRM search contact by email. I captured the Webhook data and mapped the email field from the Webhook as the contact email search field for Zoho CRM. I press Save and Sent Test Request and Zoho returns everything as expected. However, when the who automation process is enabled and a live Webhook is sent, Pabbly doesn't successfully fetch the Zoho record. Can you advise what I may be doing wrong? The 'Capture Webook data' is the exact same way the live web hooks are coming in so I can't see how it's the source. Thanks,
