Chaflow Fallback Option

Hi there,

Looking to see if there is a fallback feature in chatflow?
If someone types in something that doesn't match any chatflow is there a way for it to say we don't understand try saying x, y or z.

As of now, we don't have this functionality, but our team is already aware of the requirement and it's likely that an option for this will be available in the future.

Thank you for coming back to me. That is great to hear, I am looking forward to that becoming available.
Do you have any suggestions in the meantime? A workaround perhaps.
Currently it is quite easy for people to get caught in a loop and not know what to do and then just abandon it.
