Can you please tell us if the searched contact with that email address exists in your Funnelkit or not?

In the case I reported, the contact does NOT excist in Funnelkit. This was also not the case in all the automations before. New lead is coming in from Facebook. Pabbly is checking if contact already exists or not. If not, then a new contact is created. If the contact already exists, than the contact will be updated.

As I said before. Many hundreds of leads have been gone through the other automations before and they worked fine. Now, today I copied the automation and now it is not working. Or better said, it is not continuing because the contact does not exisits.

I have adjusted the Filter condition in your Router action step, and it will now create the contact if it doesn't already exist.
