Chat API not working please help

Hello sir
i am facing a big problem please help me i have set up my all but when i am running facebook ads my lead is coming on google sheet and mail is also going but i added chat api Whatsapp is not going in it, I have done everything right, I had checked everything before running ads, at that time everything was going well but now everything is going well, just Whatsapp is not going, I am also sending you workflow please help Do !

We are unable to see the Chat API action step in your workflow. Please check at your end and confirm the same.
