What is the easiest way to create 2 way automated chat conversation flows for whatsapp API app ?
I see a lot of things that could help to do it in Pabbly Platform and I got quite confused on what to do.
Basically what I need is the following flow:
1. A person sends a message to my registered number and automatically receives:
"Hi, what service do you want?
1 - service A
2 - service B
3 - service C"
2. The person answers 2, for example and gets the message back:
"Select the day and time you want to book"
And show him the schedule options for the days he chooses.
May I use 360Dialog, Chatrace, UChat or something else ?
