We tried replicating the issue you are facing with the color palette in checkout customizer on our end, but everything appears to be working correctly. Please refer to the screenshot below for more details.
It’s possible that the issue you’re experiencing could be related to your browser settings. We recommend setting your browser zoom to 100% and then trying again, either in the same browser or a different one, depending on your preference.
