Chip Gateway did not return the right status.

hello,

previously CHIP payment gateway is working fine.

currently new successful payment status is stucked at created.

so my automations did not fire. can the team check?

Additionally, kindly check the payment details and let us know whether any Pabbly Subscription Billing subscription ID is mentioned there. If available, please share a screenshot showing the subscription ID listed in the payment details.

This information will help us review the issue more effectively.

hello this is a very serious bug/glitch. my team have to manually check each transaction occuring after 29th December one by one. this is not how it should be.

We understand how frustrating this must be, especially since your team now has to manually verify each transaction after 29th December. This is definitely not the expected behavior.

We have already followed up with our team and escalated this concern for further review. As soon as we receive an update from them, we will get back to you here.

Thank you for your patience. Our team has implemented a few changes related to this issue.

Please monitor your Pabbly Subscription Billing account for the next payments received via the Chip gateway and confirm whether they are being recorded correctly now.
