Clickfunnels --> Slack Notification + Google Sheet Update

I'm trying to ensure that a sale from clickfunnels, goes to notify me on a specific channel to them populate a google sheet (with new customer)

But it seems the data isn't pulling through from clickfunnels. (E-mail/Name/Deal Value)..

do I keep them as true or false?
