ClickUp not working

Hi,
I keep getting the following errors while trying to create a task on Clickup

  • Err — Status not found
  • ECODE — CRTSK_001

Any advice on how to fix this?

You need to map/type the status field on the "ClickUp: Create Task with Custom Fields" which is present/available in your ClickUp.

Great!
That made the task work but, the custom fields are not being propagated with the data. Only the description seems to be working properly.

We looked into your concern, tried creating tasks with custom fields at our end and it is working fine. We have also recorded a short video for the same to your better understanding.

Kindly try again at your end.

I am having issues again with custom fields not being propagated. I'm using the new "non-deprecated" version of ClickUp (create task with custom fields) Also, the video you shared is no longer working.

    I noticed that it only works if I don't add anything under the description. But we need that information as well.

As I said, it only works when you retrieved data to the custom fields. But, if you want to also add "dynamic data" inside the description then none of the custom fields work.

Could you please record a short video on your concern, previously your description was passing the data correctly and now it is not?

That made the task work but, the custom fields are not being propagated with the data. Only the description seems to be working properly.

Hi @Supreme,

I think what @dvera means is that the custom fields work when you do not use dynamic data in the description field. I encountered the same issue and the custom fields get populated when I removed the dynamic data from the description field.

One other thing that I discovered is that we cannot introduce line break in the description even if we use static data. Without line breaks and using static data, the custom fields will be populated.
