Clickup doesn't provide the date in normal format, but they send data in Millisecond timestamp format, which you are seeing at your end.
Below you can check on the image on how to change that format and then add the new format in the Microsoft Exchange step-
We have used that format, as Microsoft Exchange helptext mentions the format it takes into it-
Kindly make the suggested changes and let us know if this works for you now.
