Hi everyone,

I'm facing a issue related to create a customer request on Jira Service Management.

I can't create a new request although I create many requests successfully before. The error is Client must be authenticated to access this resource - status code 401

I tried to connect to my service desk by servicedesk id. However, there are no response.

Please advice. Thank you so much

We have made some changes from our end in the integration, it should now work for you accordingly.
