Hi everyone,

I'm facing a issue related to create a customer request on Jira Service Management.

I can't create a new request although I create many requests successfully before. The error is Client must be authenticated to access this resource - status code 401

I tried to connect to my service desk by servicedesk id. However, there are no response.

Please advice. Thank you so much
