Hello I have create a Loom of the issue I am experiencing

We are successfully connected to Clio but the Waiting for Response continues to spin. When Clio triggers a New Calendar Invite, we want to Create a Contact in GHL with a tag for Appointment FollowUp. So we need map the name, email and phone. I do not see any of it coming access. Please advise.
