Code to input into the Action's value field before the Trigger activates

Hi, I want to input some data into the action's value field before the trigger gives me the value.

For example, I'm running facebook ads and i want to input the insights data into Google Sheet.
But, Facebook ads haven't given me the data yet, but I know how the data looks like (because i have done this task before).

Can I write a code to put into the Action's value field and save it first, while waiting for facebook to give me the data?

But, i write out the code for "5. Res2 Data Actions Lead"

Thanks!
