Cohort retention report

Hi,
Is there any report based on cohort for the subscription plan?

For eg:

Plan Monthly subscription Cohort Aug 2023 start with (200 subscribers)

Then we want to know, for the same cohort (Monthly Plan - Cohort Aug 2023) Month 2 (Sept): 5 customer churn, so the paid customer for that cohort becomes 195.

Can you please let us know in more details what type of report you want in PSB. Also let us know what you want mean by report based on Cohort so that we can check this accordingly and let us know accordingly.

Hi,
What I mean by cohort is the subscription group based on the sales number for that month and we want to see how much the users will be churn over the each of recurring period.

For example.
Monthly Plan product.

The customer who bought it that Monthly Plan product in Aug 2023 = 200 customers.
Then in the Sept, 5 customers cancel/failed to pay from that 200 customers. So in Sept we only received 195 customers left.
Then for eg in Oct, 10 customers cancel. So for that cohort we have 185 left.

Its really important for the subscription business model to know the retention and churn percentage

We regret to inform you that, as of now, PSB doesn't offer this specific type of report. However, we truly appreciate your feedback. We will certainly consider adding such reports to PSB in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
