Complete newby here, first time trying to make a connection confused by some terms

Hi, very basic question. I'm wanting to connect a bot from continual.ly to clientjoy so that when a visitor leaves name and contact info a lead is created. There is an integration for this, and I understand cutting and pasting the webhook, but I know this must be very basic stuff but what is being asked for here "
Switch on Add Parameter section
In Key Name Section enter key name according to variables
In Value section provide the variable name
