say i want to check if a paramater contains text, and if it does
change another parameter text to AAAA

how can i achieve that?

Hi @newbiepabbly1,

You will need to add Filter and Text Formatter to your workflow

1. Filter will check if a Parameter 1 contains a specific keyword.
2. If it does, then Text Formatter will replace the entire Parameter 2 with the text of your choice.

what happens if condition is false, it will not move forward with the workflow?
what i would like to achieve is that if its false, it will continue, just won't replace the test

if there a way to make the IF inside the text formatter? this way it will change ONLY the IF condition is met
or alternativly, add inside text formatter, 2 options to check from before i do replace

Yes, if the condition is false, your workflow will not move forward

For this, you will have to use a router. I am attaching a video below that will help you understand how a router works.
