Configure Meta WhatsApp Business application to receive messages from only one number.

Following
I configured two Applications in the META one for PROD and one for DEV.
Add WhatsApp product in applications.
Then I added 2 numbers to the Facebook account one that would be for DEV and one for PROD.
I activated the numbers in Meta.
I configured the WebHook in PROD with PROD endpoint and in DEV for DEV endpoint.

What's the problem? I cannot configure X number for DEV application and Z number for PROD application. It happens that when the message feels to one of the two numbers ends up falling on both EndPoints.

We need to set up a number for Application of PROD and a number for Application of HML.

Can anyone help me?
