I authorize Pabbly Support to log in to my account and make changes to the specified workflow for troubleshooting.

When someone purchases my membership in Shopify and gets a specific tag added to them, I want that to add them in my Clickfunnels account and be tagged in there as well. I'm wanting it to be dynamic. So if they don't pay for their membership in Shopify every month (which already that tag will be removed in Shopify) I also want their tag removed in Clickfunnels. How can I do this?

Also, this tag is already firing in Shopify. Just wanting it to carry over to Clickfunnels. I have everything set up in Shopify that is needed. And can create a new tag in Clickfunnels, where from there they can receive emails, etc.

Hi @jessicaautumn,

You’ll need to create two separate workflows: one that triggers when a Customer Tag is added, and another that triggers when a Customer Tag is removed.


In both workflows, use Webhook by Pabbly as the trigger step and follow the steps outlined in the help text shared below. The setup will be the same for both workflows; the only difference is the event type.

For your reference, this is how we set up the Shopify trigger step to capture new orders. You just need to select the events according to your requirements.
