Connect WordPress Account Error

Hello, I have followed the instructions exactly for the RestAPI basic auth setup. Both looking at your youtube video and the instructions in wordpress. No matter what I do, I get an error saying "Invalid Credentials or Base URL". I'm quite tech savvy so I'm not sure I missed anything, but its possible of course. How can I get some help on this? Thank you!

Please check out this thread, where one of our users was able to make the connection using an email address instead of the username. Kindly give it a go and see if that fixes the issue for you.
