Connecting Facebook Lead Ads with Omnisend

I've created the workflow to pull facebook lead ads to omnisend to create new subscriber.
I do believe I've connected and mapped everything correctly... but upon testing; i'm gettin a parse error from omnisend. Am i doing something incorrect here?

parsing time "\"2023-07-07T13:57:11+0000\"" as "\"2006-01-02T15:04:05Z07:00\"": cannot parse "+0000\"" as "Z07:00"
