connecting google form with google docs

I am fetching data from Google sheet to google forum and I want to paste it on google docs. Only half data is coming. Cant figure out what is the issue

We have corrected the mappings in the workflow Diet Automation and the data is correctly flowing now. Kindly once check and confirm the same.

Hi Kunal Its not reflecting in google doc. thats the problem.

Could you please remove the extra characters before Step 1, Step2 & Step3 from the template Document "Diet Automation" and then again try to connect the Google Doc with your userid and password and then try to do the mapping again and then click on Send Test.

Hi Kunal Its auto generated. and I am unable to delete them. Can you share how to delete them?

Hey @Shraddha

Please delete the whole trigger action from the workflow and add {{Step 1 Diet}} , {{Step 2 Focus on}} & {{Step 3 Adds}} in a new template document
and again connect the trigger action from scratch by adding a username and password.
